Return & Exchange

Product Warranty:

Product can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

If defective goods are purchased, the company agrees to provide replacement services within the validity period, but this does not include any products caused by human negligence, deliberate damage, contamination and overdue.

Return the goods:

• Return request form
• Copy of receipt/cash transaction
• Customer purchase original document
• Shipping document

Return Conditions

The company only accepts returned goods in "the original condition and the quality that can still be sold"

The return must meet the following conditions:

• to keep in good condition
• The product has not been opened
• Still available for use, resale and storage
• The goods are neat and tidy
• A valid shelf life of at least 6 months

The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

The company will issue a check or remit money to the applicant's designated account

The company does not accept the following returns:

• Auxiliary sales products

• The goods have been purchased for more than 60 days

• Effective shelf life of less than 6 months

• Products that are discontinued

• The attached information is false or incomplete

• Deliberate destruction, misuse, improper storage of goods
